New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection Program
The New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection (NJCEED) Program provides comprehensive outreach, education and screening services for breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancers.
The services provided by NJCEED include:
- Education
- Outreach
- Screening* (breast, prostate, cervical, colorectal)
- Case Management
- Tracking
- Follow-up
- Facilitation into Treatment
Persons eligible for these services must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level and be uninsured or under-insured. Contact VNA of Central Jersey at 732-224-6723 for more information. * NJCEED follows American Cancer Society guidelines for screening.
